Richard Parsons is an experienced trial attorney representing personal injury victims in the state of Georgia. In his ten years of practice, he has presented hundreds of cases at trial and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Before he was a lawyer, Richard owned a music business coaching and representing young music talent in and around the Atlanta area. Richard’s company produced many achieved musicians and managed young artists who signed music contracts with some of the largest music production labels in the world.
Richard grew up in Duluth, GA. He was raised as a competitive pianist, took up drums and percussion in high school and during college instructed several esteemed drum lines. He received his undergraduate degree in music education from Georgia State University. From there his music company was formed and operated for twelve years until the crash of 2008. In 2009, Richard decided to enroll in law school and in 2012 he earned his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

His experience as an entrepreneur brings many unique opportunities to gain strategic advantages in his approach to personal injury cases. Richard prepares every case as though it will go to trial, but Richard’s specialized approach to negotiation results in many settlements for his clients. Of course, when negotiations fail and insurance companies refuse to cooperate, Richard is comfortable applying the appropriate level of aggression and pressure to the insurance companies to be sure his clients get the compensation they deserve, even if that means trial.
